At R & R Pose, we offer tailored photo booth experiences for every occasion. Choose from our flexible packages designed to make your event unforgettable:

Basic Package: ($395)  2 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, professional digital camera and lighting, on-site printing (includes one 2×6 photo strip per session, printed instantly), and basic props.

Premium Package: ($545)  3 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, professional digital camera and lighting, on-site printing (provides two 2×6 photo strips per session), printed instantly and a variety of props.

VIP Package: ($695)  4 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, full lighting setup, digital camera, on-site printing (delivers unlimited 2×6 photo strips per session, printed instantly), premium props, and a digital gallery.

We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for popular event seasons like spring and summer. Wedding photography bookings average 131 days in advance, and photo booth rentals often follow a similar timeline. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings if available—contact us at rrpose.com/contact or 903-871-5043 to check availability!

No worries! You can extend your photo booth or photography session with our Extra Hour of Service add-on for $150/hour, (due prior to service) subject to availability. Just let us know as soon as possible and, if at all possible, we’ll make sure the memories keep rolling!

Our Branded Templates add-on personalizes your photo strips with premium designs, including logos, event hashtags (e.g., #SmithWedding2025), or intricate graphics tailored to your event. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, or parties, this add-on enhances your 2×6 photo strips (printed and digital) with custom elements like a couple’s monogram or a company logo. Includes up to three design revisions; additional revisions are $15 each. All packages include basic customization (two lines of text, e.g., event name, date), but Branded Templates elevate your photos with professional, event-specific flair.

Our Photo Guest Album add-on creates a 20-page keepsake album filled with your event’s 2×6 photo strips, perfect for weddings, parties, or corporate events. Guests can add their photos to the album during the event, often with handwritten notes for a personal touch. The $125 base price covers a 20-page album; additional 10-page increments are $10 each. This add-on is a cherished memento for clients, complementing the unlimited photo strips and 30-day online gallery included in all packages.

Our GIF/Boomerang Capabilities add-on lets guests create animated GIFs or Boomerangs in our photobooth, perfect for sharing on Instagram, Twitter, or email with your event hashtag (e.g., #SmithWedding2025). Priced at $50 for basic animations (e.g., simple loops with stock effects), $100 for enhanced animations (e.g., branded overlays), or $150 for premium features (e.g., multiple effects, live sharing). Delivered digitally within 7 days, this add-on adds fun, shareable content to your event, ideal for weddings and parties.

Our Custom Props add-on provides themed or branded prop sets tailored to your event, enhancing the photobooth fun. Starting at $40 for basic themed props (e.g., cowboy hats for a Texas party, floral crowns for a wedding), $75 for enhanced sets (e.g., event-specific signs), or $100+ for premium branded props (e.g., logo-engraved items). Perfect for weddings, corporate events, or themed parties, these props complement the standard (40+) or enhanced (50+) props included in our packages.

Our Extra Prints add-on provides additional 2×6 photo strips for your  event, beyond the standard prints included in our packages (one print per session for Basic, two for Standard). Choose $50 for 50 extra prints, ideal for smaller gatherings, or $150 for unlimited prints during a 3–4 hour event, perfect for weddings or large parties. Prints are high-quality keepsakes, complementing the digital copies in your 30-day online gallery.

Our Custom Green Screen Backgrounds add-on enhances your  event with personalized digital backdrops for our green screen photobooth. Starting at $100 for basic designs (e.g., themed stock images like rustic barns), $200–$250 for advanced designs (e.g., wedding monograms, corporate logos), or $300+ for premium designs (e.g., custom artwork, animations). Guests choose from 5–10 backgrounds during the event, creating unique, shareable photos. All packages include 2–5 stock backgrounds; this add-on offers tailored options for weddings, parties, or corporate events.

Our Video Messaging add-on allows guests at your  event to record 10-second video clips in our photobooth, creating heartfelt or fun messages for a digital keepsake. Priced at $100 for basic recording (e.g., simple clips with minimal editing) or $150 for enhanced features (e.g., branded overlays, custom intros). Delivered digitally within 7 days, this add-on is perfect for  weddings, anniversaries, or corporate events, adding a personal touch to your 30-day online gallery.

Our Audio Guestbook add-on brings a nostalgic twist to your  event with a vintage-style phone that records guest messages as a unique alternative to a traditional guestbook. Priced at $150 for basic recording (e.g., simple messages with minimal editing) or $250 for enhanced features (e.g., custom greeting, professional editing to reduce background noise). Guests pick up the phone, hear your optional custom greeting, and leave up to 3-minute voice messages, which are delivered digitally within 7 days. Ideal for  weddings, birthdays, or corporate events, this keepsake captures heartfelt, funny, or candid moments to cherish forever.

Our Idle Hours add-on allows our photobooth to remain set up but inactive during event breaks (e.g., speeches, dinner) for $60 per hour, with 48 hours’ notice. This keeps the booth ready for guests to jump back into the fun without setup delays. Ideal for weddings or corporate events, it ensures seamless transitions while maintaining the 10’x10’ space and power requirements. Unlike active Additional Hours ($150/hour), idle time saves costs when photos aren’t being taken.

Our Extra Hours add-on extends the active photobooth time at your event for $150 per hour, with 48 hours’ notice. This keeps the fun going with unlimited 2×6 photo strips, green screen backdrops, props, and full operation by our attendant, perfect for longer weddings, parties, or corporate events. Unlike Idle Hours ($60/hour), Extra Hours include active photo-taking, maintaining the same high-energy experience as your chosen package (e.g., Basic at $395, Standard at $545).

With any R&R Pose package, your event photos are hosted in a secure, password-protected online gallery for 30 days, free of charge. Guests can access high-resolution digital 2×6 photo strips using a link and password provided after your event. They can download photos directly to their devices for sharing or printing. You own the copyright to all images, with full rights to reproduce or modify them. For added convenience, consider our Extra Prints add-on ($50 for 50 prints, $150 for unlimited during 3–4 hours). We use secure platforms compliant with Texas privacy laws, but we’re not liable for unauthorized access.
