Basic Package: ($395) 2 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, professional digital camera and lighting, on-site printing (includes one 2×6 photo strip per session, printed instantly), and basic props.
Premium Package: ($545) 3 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, professional digital camera and lighting, on-site printing (provides two 2×6 photo strips per session), printed instantly and a variety of props.
VIP Package: ($695) 4 hours of rental, green screen backdrop, full lighting setup, digital camera, on-site printing (delivers unlimited 2×6 photo strips per session, printed instantly), premium props, and a digital gallery.
Can you shoot indoors if the weather is bad?
Absolutely! We’re equipped with professional lighting to handle indoor events seamlessly, ensuring high-quality photos regardless of the weather. Your event memories are safe with us!

How far in advance should I book your services?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your date, especially for popular event seasons like spring and summer. Wedding photography bookings average 131 days in advance, and photo booth rentals often follow a similar timeline. However, we can accommodate last-minute bookings if available—contact us at rrpose.com/contact or 903-871-5043 to check availability!
What happens if my event runs longer than expected?
No worries! You can extend your photo booth or photography session with our Extra Hour of Service add-on for $150/hour, (due prior to service) subject to availability. Just let us know as soon as possible and, if at all possible, we’ll make sure the memories keep rolling!
What are Branded Templates ($75)?
Our Branded Templates add-on personalizes your photo strips with premium designs, including logos, event hashtags (e.g., #SmithWedding2025), or intricate graphics tailored to your event. Perfect for weddings, corporate events, or parties, this add-on enhances your 2×6 photo strips (printed and digital) with custom elements like a couple’s monogram or a company logo. Includes up to three design revisions; additional revisions are $15 each. All packages include basic customization (two lines of text, e.g., event name, date), but Branded Templates elevate your photos with professional, event-specific flair.
What is the Photo Guest Album ($125)?
Our Photo Guest Album add-on creates a 20-page keepsake album filled with your event’s 2×6 photo strips, perfect for weddings, parties, or corporate events. Guests can add their photos to the album during the event, often with handwritten notes for a personal touch. The $125 base price covers a 20-page album; additional 10-page increments are $10 each. What are Extra Hours ($150)?
Our Extra Hours add-on extends the active photobooth time at your event for $150 per hour, with 48 hours’ notice. This keeps the fun going with unlimited 2×6 photo strips, green screen backdrops, props, and full operation by our attendant, perfect for longer weddings, parties, or corporate events. Unlike Idle Hours ($60/hour), Extra Hours include active photo-taking, maintaining the same high-energy experience as your chosen package (e.g., Basic at $395, Standard at $545).
How do guests download photos from their event?
With any R&R Pose package, your event photos are hosted in a secure, password-protected online gallery for 30 days, free of charge. Guests can access high-resolution digital 2×6 photo strips using a link and password provided after your event. They can download photos directly to their devices for sharing or printing. You own the copyright to all images, with full rights to reproduce or modify them. For added convenience, consider our Extra Prints add-on ($50 for 50 prints, $150 for unlimited during 3–4 hours). We use secure platforms compliant with Texas privacy laws, but we’re not liable for unauthorized access.
